As an Interfaith Minister for almost 20 years, Sandra Winter has worked with people from all walks of life -- from hospice patients and their families, to nursing home residents and staff, artists and visionaries and everyday people going through life changes and wanting to know what to do next.
From a young age, she knew she wanted to help people. When she was seven years old, someone asked her what she wanted to be when she grew up, and she confidently replied that she wanted to either be a missionary or work for the Peace Corps. Throughout her life, she's used her gifts as a writer, singer-songwriter, actress, spiritual life coach and sound healing practitioner to uplift and inspire others.
She went through her own pivotal moment when her mother, father-in-law and two other people close to her passed away, and she and her husband were forced to leave their apartment due to damage from a fire on another floor. In dealing with these situations, she gradually became stronger and more committed than ever to helping others navigate change in their lives.
What sets Sandra apart from other coaches is her focus on empowering her clients to tap into their own wisdom, to connect to their spiritual team and to develop their inner resources so that they not only survive but thrive through times of transition. Using her pastoral skills, sound healing techniques and creative exercises, she assists clients in tapping into their strength and resilience.
If you or someone you know are going through one of life's pivotal moments, she invites you to join her online community today, and you'll receive a free Self-Care Journal.
